You have 7 days from the day your items are delivered. You'll receive a reminder 2 days before the end of the trial period, so don't worry!

The trial period starts as soon as all of your Try Before You Buy items have been delivered.

You can trial up to 10 items in one go - for example with our Luxury Core Bundle, this counts as 3 items.

You'll find tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email - which is sent when your items are sent from our fulfillment centre.

Yes, you can check out with a mixed cart that includes both TBYB and non-TBYB items where you will only need to pay up front for the non-TBYB items.

For any items you do not wish to keep, simply submit your return decision through the Blackcart Customer Portal. You’ll find a link to your portal account in your transactional emails. Once your return decision is submitted, you’ll be able to print a prepaid shipping label, and from there, drop-off your return at the nearest carrier location within 3 days of submitting your send back decision.
